Collage, Color & Symbols

Join artist, Jane Dill for a 2-day workshop, COLLAGE, COLOR & SYMBOLS. We will be hand-painting papers, doing frotage with gesso on tissue, making our own rubber stamps from symbols of our choosing, reviewing color theory and design, and collaging 2 cradle boxes with your own papers, painting and stamps. This is not your ordinary collage class, no pulling scrap out of magazines, no downloading images from the internet, no fancy wrapping paper . . . everything that will be on your piece will be created by you. No experience necessary, all levels welcome.

INFO: Classes are held at the new Art Workshop space at the Galeria San Francisco, overlooking the Jardin in San Miguel de Allende, MX. I’m also available to teach private group classes (4 students minimum).

$170 USD + $25 for all supplies (or peso equivalent)

$100 USD deposit to register
