Abstract Painting With Texture
Join artist, Jane Dill, for a new 1-day workshop and learn how to use texture as a base for your abstract painting. Working with plaster on a practice board, we’ll explore 6 different mixed media techniques to make physical texture on your surface. We’ll also discuss design principals, composition and color mixing. Hands-on painting techniques and layering will also be practiced, and each student will take home a small painting. This is a great way to begin to explore mixed media and painting. No experience necessary, all levels welcome. I’m also available to teach private group classes (4 students minimum).
$125 USD + $25 for all supplies (or peso equivalent)
$100 USD deposit to register.
